How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and is free over ₹4,999. Express (1–2 days) is ₹299. Orders placed before 2PM ship the same day. International orders arrive in 7–12 days.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces with tags attached. We arrange a free pickup, and refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 days of inspection.
How do I find my size?
Our pieces run true to size. Every product page has a “Find my size” assistant that recommends your fit from your height, weight and preference. Bust/waist (cm): XS 80/62 · S 86/68 · M 92/74 · L 98/80 · XL 104/86. Footwear uses EU sizing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, PayPal, no-cost EMI over ₹6,000 and cash on delivery up to ₹15,000.
Do you offer alterations or repairs?
Yes — complimentary hemming and sleeve adjustments in all boutiques, and lifetime repairs for coats and leather goods.
Can I gift-wrap my order?
Every order can be wrapped in our signature linen box with a handwritten note, free of charge. Choose gift wrap at checkout.
